Payments and Downloads
Do you accept credit/debit card payments?
Yes. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal without any hidden fees. A Paypal account is not required.
Can I pay in my national currency?
Paypal automatically converts currencies at checkout. You’ll be able to see how much you’re paying in your national currency there.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, please contact support.
You can also save money by purchasing bundles.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Not at the moment.
Do you offer refunds?
We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests. Please read our refund policy here.
How do I download the product I purchased?
After the payment has gone through, you’ll have a download link will be emailed directly. This process normally takes no longer than 1-2 minutes.
I ran out of download attempts, can I have more?
Please Contact Us with proof of purchase, your email address and the product name in question and we will help you out.
Do you sell physical products?
No. All our products are digitally delivered.
I forgot my username/password
